About After School Programming

Our curriculum will cover a wide range of chess topics and implement a variety of study methods to keep the class engaging from beginning to end. Each week students will participate in a prepared lesson, solve puzzle worksheets, train their board vision and memory, play mini-games and more. Students will compete in a weekly friendly tournament and become comfortable with chess notation and game analysis in order to foster their growth mindset.

The teachers at Mastermind Chess aim to create a supportive and inclusive environment, making sure that every student regardless of their level can feel uplifted and engaged throughout the semester.
